New York State is one of the few states in the country that does not regulate beer line cleaning. 

To the left, you see neglected beer faucets.  These have only been soaking & haven't been scrubbed yet.  Notice the debris in the container.

As part of our cleaning process, we wipe down the lines from gas valve to coupler so they never end up like this.
